Registration Process

You are required to upload the following documents and fill up certain information via online application. Below are some of the necessary documents and information needed for registration

– Child’s Birth Certificate

– Parent’s Identification

– Child’s Immunisation Record from National Immunisation Registry (NIR) as proof of vaccination for Diphtheria and MMR

 – PayNow, Bank Transfer or use CDA
*to pay $54.00 (Registration+ GST fee of 8%)

*Need to fill up CDA form which can be found below and submit the physical copy to MK.

– December 2024  School Fees – All level with GST fee of 8%.

– The total amount of $216 must be paid by December 31, 2023. Any payments made after this date might incur additional fees if there is any changes in GST

– To download and print CDA / GIRO form (if opting for CDA/GIRO payment)

* Unsuccessful placement will be placed under our waiting list
